About CanEVA
CanEVA is a Canadian company established in 2005 by two Ontario elk farming families, Eric and Dale Robinson, business owners and David Harper and Barbara Wright, veterans of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Following David’s untimely death in 2009, the elk are now raised solely on the Robinson’s farm. In January 2014, Barbara bought the Robinson’s share of the company. Dosing is based on weight
0 – 4.5 kg (0 – 10 lb): ½ scoop twice daily. For ease of proper dosing, capsules are not recommended for dogs or cats under 4.5 kg (10 lb)
4.5 – 22.5 kg (10 lb – 50 lb): 1 scoop twice daily OR 1 capsule twice daily
22.5 kg – 41 kg (50 – 90 lb): 2 scoops twice daily OR 2 capsules twice daily

The full daily dose can be given once a day if animal shows no signs of change in ingestion. Introduce all supplements to a pet’s diet on a gradual basis. Add to wet or dry dog or cat food or can be administered orally on a full stomach. One level scoop can be substituted for one capsule.

The Long Distance + Jacket uses PrimaLoft® insulation and a heat-reflective membrane to provide warmth and comfort while running and while resting in temperatures as low as -50 degrees Celsius. The durable ripstop outer shell is both windproof and waterproof to provide excellent protection against the elements. The heat-reflective membrane on the smooth inner lining is able to retain 3 times more heat than standard nylon. The recycled PrimaLoft® Black Insulation Hi-Loft is light and breathable, and easily packs into a backpack or sled for long races and expeditions. The Long Distance + Jacket is secured with two strong areas of hook-and-loop fasteners over the chest and under the belly to accomodate a good fit over a pulling harness. It is designed to provide insulation over key areas of the body (chest, shoulders, thighs and waist) while still allowing unrestricted movement. These high-performance booties were developed for working dogs but are ideal for any dog needing paw protection. Made from level 5 anti-cut material and dipped in nitrile rubber makes these booties both strong and grippy. The rubber gives them water resistance (note: not waterproof). The inside fabric is seamless to avoid rubbing and the soft material allows the dog to still "feel" the ground. Elastic velcro provides a secure fit.

TIPS: For best results, use the girth measurement. Start with only a few items and slowly add more as your pooch becomes accustomed to the load. Please ensure your dog carries no more than 25% of their body weight in their dog pack.
